de viande hachée&lt;br /&gt;01 morceau de poulet &lt;br /&gt;04 pommes de terre &lt;br /&gt;04 courgettes&lt;br /&gt;04 poivrons&lt;br /&gt;01 tomate pour moi et&amp;nbsp;plus si vous le voulez &lt;br /&gt;01 grand verre de pois chiches&lt;br /&gt;01 bouquet de persil haché &lt;br /&gt;02 oignon&lt;br /&gt;L'huile d'olive&lt;br /&gt;02 c. à café de Ras-al Hanout&lt;br /&gt;L'ail &lt;br /&gt;Sel, poivre noir,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparation de la sauce :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fair revenir le morceau de poulet, l'oignon râpé&amp;nbsp;avec de &amp;nbsp;l'huile d'olive, le demi- bouquet de persil le sel et poivre noir, ras el hanout .&lt;br /&gt;Verser un litre d'eau dans le tajine , après ébullition ajouter les pois chiches et laisser cuire .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparation du hachis des légumes :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparer un hachis de viande avec un oignon, l'ail ,le persil, 01 c à soupe d'huile dolive ras al hanout le sel et le poivre noir .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Evider les légumes , en saler légèrement l'intérieur et les farcir avec le hachis .&lt;br /&gt;Faire frire les légumes quelques minutes, &amp;nbsp;et les disposer dans la sauce &lt;br /&gt;laisser cuire dans le tajine 30 mn &lt;br /&gt;Servir avec du persil haché et un filet de citron &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Et bon appétit à tous, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bises à tous.&lt;div 20 cl de mélange entre lait et crème fraîche épaisse &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; 04 oeufs deux entiers et deux jaune&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; 04 cuillères à soupe de beurre que vous faites fendre après , &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;1/2 sachet de levure chimique, &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; de farine,&amp;nbsp;50g de beurre et le zeste d'un citron .&lt;br /&gt;Pour la mousse&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;300 g&amp;nbsp;de fromage blanc,&amp;nbsp;30 cl de crème liquide froide, 500 g de fruits rouges&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #ea9999;"&gt;Préparation:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Les corbeilles portez à ébullition le beurre, le zeste de citron, le miel et le sucre .&amp;nbsp;Retirez du feu et ajoutez&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;la farine tout en remuant . &lt;br /&gt;Déposez sur chaque plaque trois cuillerées de pâte très espacées mettre au four une quinzaine de minutes .&lt;br /&gt;A la sortie des tuiles du four laissez tiédir quelques minutes et déposez les sur des&amp;nbsp;verres &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;voir les photos&lt;/span&gt; .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour la mousse : battre le fromage blanc avec du sucre&amp;nbsp;un peu de fruits rouges et de la vanille fouettez la crème&amp;nbsp; rajoutez la &amp;nbsp;au fromage blanc &lt;br /&gt;Remplissez les corbeilles en alternant mousse et fruits rouges&amp;nbsp;.&lt;br /&gt;Pour la &lt;span class="goog-spellcheck-word"&gt;déco&lt;/span&gt; Pétrir la pâte en l'aspergeant d'eau&amp;nbsp;et de levure&amp;nbsp;boulangère diluée dans le demi-verre d'eau tiède .&lt;br /&gt;Battre la pâte vivement jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne légère, élastique et coulante. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 g de viande de mouton&amp;nbsp; (poitrine ou collier) &lt;br /&gt;02 morceaux de poulet&lt;br /&gt;6 à 8 c. à soupe d'huile &lt;br /&gt;01 oignon moyen &lt;br /&gt;01 piment vert &lt;br /&gt;06 tomates bien mûres&lt;br /&gt;01 verre de purée de tomates &lt;br /&gt;01 botte de coriande &lt;br /&gt;1/2 botte de menthe fraîche &lt;br /&gt;01 branche de céleri&lt;br /&gt;03 gousses d'ail&lt;br /&gt;01 poignée de pois chiches trempés la veille&lt;br /&gt;Citron &lt;br /&gt;01 carotte et 1/2 courgette &lt;br /&gt;Poivre noir&amp;nbsp;1 pincée&lt;br /&gt;Ras el hanout ( mélange d'épices) 1/2 cuillère à café &lt;br /&gt;Poivre rouge, paprika 1/2 cuillère à café &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #a64d79;"&gt;Préparation :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disposer la viande coupée en petits dés et les morceaux de poulet dans une marmite à couscous arroser avec l'huile et laisser mijoter 05 minutes, entre temps mixer l'oignon et une gousse d'ail puis &amp;nbsp;mettre le tout dans la marmite&amp;nbsp;une autre fois&amp;nbsp;mixer la coriende et la menthe fraîche et mettre aussi dans la marmite et laisser mijoter a petit feu 10 mn, ajouter la purée de tomates, la poignée de pois chiches, le sel, le poivre noir, le poivre rouge sans oublier Ras el hanout, la branche de céleri, et le piment vert,&amp;nbsp;couper les tomates en deux, les disposer dans un couscoussier sur la marmite et couvrir, en cuisant à la vapeur (leur jus s'égouttera dans la marmite et arrosera progressivement son contenu).&amp;nbsp;Arroser les tomates de temps à autre d'eau jusqu'à concurrence de deux litres ajouter les légumes couper en deux. Aprés cuisson de la viande et légumes prendre ses derniers (légumes ) et reduire en purée et remettre dans la marmite avec les 2 gousses d'ail piler . Dés ébullition jeter en pluie le blé concassé ( el frik) cuire une 15 de minute. Ajouter de l'eau si nécessaire .&lt;br /&gt;Lorsque le blé est cuit saupoudrer de conriande finement hachée. Mélanger et laisser cuire à découvert pendant une dizaines de minutes .Verser 02 litres et demi d'eau laisser cuire et après 20 mn de cuisant ajouter les légumes . Entre temps verser la semoule dans un plat large, l'humidifier en l'aspergeant progressivement de 02 verres d'eau laisser gonfler 10mn puis bien séparer la graine en la roulant à la main . Déposer la graine de couscous dans le haut du couscoussier sans la tasser et placer les deux parties de couscoussier l'une sur l'autre et faire cuire le couscous à la vapeur 20 mn, 02 ou 03 fois de suite en humectant la semoule d'eau fraîche puis d'un peu d'huile entre chaque passage et en veillant toujours à bien séparer la graine.&lt;br /&gt;une fois la semoule prête la beurrer et la verser dans un vaste plat. Ajouter le sucre puis mélanger le tout .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tapisser la plaque allant au four de papier cuisson sulfurisé, puis poser la première feuille de filo sur le papier et à l'aide d'un pinceau badigeonner la surface de la pâte filo de beurre fondu répéter l'opération avec les 13 feuilles (mettre l'une sur l'autre) . Verser ensuite la farce d'amandes sur la pâte et remettre dessus une feuille de pâte filo toujours badigeonner de beurre fondu et ainsi de suite avec 09 autres feuilles .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Couper en losanges ou carrés et décorez avec une amande chaque part .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Laisser cuir 45min. Croyez moi ; ses des délices ! et voilà la recette uniquement pour vous ! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #c27ba0;"&gt;Ingrédients , &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mais bon, après la quantité des ingrédients dépend du nombre de gâteaux que l'on souhaite :&lt;br /&gt;500 g d'amandes &lt;br /&gt;250 g de sucre glace &lt;br /&gt;zeste de citron ou alors quelques gouttes d'extrait de citron pour parfumé les délicieux et fondant gâteaux enrobés de de sucre glace &lt;br /&gt;02 oeufs&lt;br /&gt;Et pour le sirop &lt;br /&gt;500 g de miel&lt;br /&gt;Et pour finir du sucre glace bien sur pour enrobé les gateaux &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #c27ba0;"&gt;Préparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mélanger les amandes avec le sucre glace en ajoutant le zeste de citron incorporer les oeufs progressivement, travailler à la main jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte malléable . La transformer en longs bâtonnets de 03 cm d'épaisseur .&lt;br /&gt;Découper en petits losanges égaux et mettre au four pour environ 12 à 15 mn .&lt;br /&gt;Entre temps chauffer le miel parfumé de 03 cuillères à soupe d'eau de fleurs d'oranger.
